Sing Viva Choir

Welcome to Sing Viva, our beloved community choir dedicated to those in caregiving or support roles. Whether you're a seasoned singer or new to the world of music, everyone is welcome to join us!

Our choir meets monthly, and we have a flexible policy that allows you to join whenever it suits you best. Thanks to the wonders of technology, you can also choose whether to join us in-person at the Multifaith Centre, or from the comfort of home as we live-stream every session via Zoom.

At Sing Viva, we pride ourselves on singing an exciting and diverse range of choral favourites, with our repertoire changing seasonally. Being an orchestra-affiliated choir, you'll also have the opportunity to sing alongside world-class musicians during our performances.

We are a mixed-voice choir, encompassing sopranos, altos, tenors, and basses. Don't worry if you're unsure about your singing abilities or can't read sheet music – our expert choir leaders are here to help you gain confidence and control over your singing voice. We use a combination of sheet music and learning by ear to cater to everyone's needs.

To become a part of our Sing Viva choir, simply reach out to Hattie Coupe, Sinfonia Viva's Creative Projects Producer, via email at [email protected]. She will be delighted to register your interest and provide you with information about our upcoming sessions. Sing Viva is all about taking some time out of our busy lives and sharing the joy of music.
