We are committed to making our events as accessible as possible to everyone.

We welcome deaf and disabled patrons to all of our events, so please tell us if you have any access requirements. By letting us know your requirements we will, where possible, be able to ensure that you have the best experience possible at our events. Our staff are here to help so please do not hesitate to approach any staff member for assistance during your visit to one of our events.

We have hearing loops available at all of our events and some events are fully BSL interpreted (please see event listing for information on which events do include BSL interpretation). We also produce social stories for events which include details on venue accessibility, parking and travel information, disabled toilet access, areas available to take some time out from the event if needed and other vital information about the kind of experience you can expect. These will either be available as documents or videos and will be available on the 'Events' listing page.
